SMB High Value Customer Account Management

As an Optus customer you have access to a dedicated over the phone Account Manager who will update you on products & Services, rate plans relevant to your industry. Your Account Manger will be available to you Monday – Friday 8:30-18:00 (EST).

 

As part of our on going commitment to customer service, we have streamlined our enquiry lines to create a single 13 number for all your business enquiries. Our customer care is dedicated to answer your calls within 20 seconds and wherever possible, resolve your queries on the first contact. Our Customer Care Hotline operates Monday to Friday.

 

Dedicated Internal Account Manager
