The Transition Manager focuses on the complete, seamless and professional implementation/delivery of the proposed service(s). The Transition Manager liaises between Optus and third party suppliers on your behalf; information accuracy and quality assurance is their primary objective. The Hyecom ServicesTransition Management team is like having your own personal Project Manager and all the associated benefits without the cost!

Optus 13, 1300 and 1800
13, 1300 and 1800 numbers are available Australia-wide and are set up to collect calls from local, national and mobile origins and direct these calls to pre-defined points/phone numbers. Features like time, day, state and post-code based routing, call splaying and Integrated Voice Recording (IVR) are available with each service and when cleverly used can ensure marketing campaigns are measured and tracked to enable resource and cost efficiencies.
Optus Global Free Access
Available worldwide these country-specific numbers offer in-country callers toll free access to the number owner. The monthly rental is $20 excl. GST per month per service number and the activation fee is a one-off $60 excl. GST per service number.
