PABX Maintenance Agreement

 New system installations come with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty!

After this period, a customer has the opportunity to renew the contract with Hyecom and will receive a renewal notice with a discount incentive. Customers who have not dealt with Hyecom before, or who have purchased the system from another company are also welcome to enter a maintenance contract with us, (after the initial service call and possibly a site audit.)

If you choose to take up maintenance with us, we will credit the cost of your service fee towards your maintenance.

Our maintenance customers will receive:

  • Priority over non-maintenance customers for any urgent works.
  • Peace of mind.
  • Discounts on hardware and cabling.
  • Pre-approved credit limit for smaller item orders with us.
  • Coverage of parts and labour
  • Most basic programming changes related to the necessary operation of your phone services.
