I have been working with Andre Garcia and the Hyecom team for four years now.

I find that the relationship we have to be honest and straightforward. Andre assists me with all Optus account queries, new services, relocations and, most importantly, making sure we have the right services and has helped reduce the overall communications spend for QSR.

 One of the most important aspects of this relationship for me is being able to email or call at any time and getting a fast response. Communications are fas paced these days and when there is a problem it needs to be fixed fast. Andre is always available when we need help.
