To repair a mobile handset you must complete one of the two forms below.
Non-Warranty Repairs
For Non-Warranty repairs please click on the Non-Warranty Mobile Phone Repair Request Form below and fill in the form.
This is the fastest and easiest way to get your handset fixed as it is an express service and we can usually get it fixed within 48 hours! As soon as your handset is fixed we will mail it back to you! As simple as that!
Optus Warranty Repairs
For warranty repairs please click on the Warranty Business Mobile Repair Form and send your handset to the nearest repair centre (as detailed on the repair form). Please ensure you follow the repair instructions closely. All completed repairs will be couriered back to you at the specified return address. Please note that a proof of purchase will be required to be sent along with the faulty handset.
The length of time given for Warranty for handsets is generally 12 months, however this is also dependent on the Manufacturer (check your warranty card, visit the Manufacturers' website, or contact the Manufacturer for more information). Accessory warranties are often less than this.
Warranty becomes void if the handset/accessory is found to have physical damage or has sustained liquid damage. In such cases the item is returned, unrepaired & an inspection fee is charged.
